exhibiting artistic ability and ambition at an early age, i bewildered my parents early on by asking for art supplies and classes throughout my youth. i found pure enjoyment in constructing figures and animals out of bits of cut construction paper in elementary school. art time was always a favorite time. leading into high school, i ventured into the world of acrylic painting.

attending bradley university for 4 years continued my love affair with art. adding to the usual (and unusual) art classes were a bit of history about each and every major art period in time. fascinating. and then i graduated and began my search for more.

i am still an artist. albeit a graphic artist. it still rings true.
